Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received a delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, Kęstutis Budrys, who is on an official visit to Armenia.
Welcoming the Joint Declaration on Strategic Partnership, signed by the two countries’ foreign ministers on May 19, 2019, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan highlighted Lithuania’s active involvement in Armenia’s resilience-building programs.
At the request of Minister Budrys, the Deputy Prime Minister also spoke about the regional connectivity agenda, Armenia’s vision for sustainable development, and peace.
In the context of the large-scale reforms being implemented by the Armenian Government with the support of the EU, the interlocutors touched upon the prospects for sectoral cooperation. They expressed their willingness to share their accumulated experience.
