Eagle Base, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Oct. 3, 2002: Sherry Dutton, left, and Douglas Timpson are the last two American Red Cross members on Eagle Base in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The office closed on Oct. 6, 2002, after almost seven years. Troops in Bosnia were then to be served by the American Red Cross out of Stuttgart, Germany.
