During a meeting with Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha announced the appointment of an ambassador-at-large within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to interact with the democratic forces of Belarus.
