Telenor Sweden picks DXC to modernise customer service ops
DXC said it has been chosen by Telenor Sweden to modernise its customer service operations and strengthen its technology estate. Building on a long-standing relationship, DXC has completed a major cloud migration for the operator’s customer service operations and is supporting broader application modernisation, too. It said Telenor picked it for its deep telecom expertise to update its legacy systems, enhance customer engagement and create a more scalable technology foundation.
