
Armenia has officially inaugurated its first artificial intelligence factory, marking a major milestone in the country’s technological development and ambitions to become a regional AI hub.
The opening ceremony of the facility took place in the community of Gagarin and was attended by government officials, industry representatives, and technology leaders. The project was developed by Armenian AI company ElevenEight AI․ The company is introducing the region’s first NVIDIA Blackwell B300 AI Factory.
According to Armenia’s Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the new center is designed to support large-scale artificial intelligence computing needs, ranging from the training of advanced AI models to a wide range of business, scientific, and engineering applications.
