The Bulgarian national football team lost 0–1 to Montenegro
in a friendly match in Plovdiv. Balša Sekulić scored the only goal of the match
in the 68th minute, taking advantage of a collective mistake by three Bulgarian
    defenders.

Montenegro was without its main stars, although the same
applies to Bulgaria. Kiril Despodov and Ilia Gruev are recovering after
surgeries, while injuries sidelined six more key players.

The defeat to Montenegro was Bulgaria’s third in a row. On
Friday, Bulgaria will play an away game against Moldova, while Montenegro will
travel to Košice to face Slovakia, BTA reports.
