Telia Sweden discontinues Halebop mobile brand

Telia Sweden said it is scrapping its Halebop mobile brand with effect from 02 June and absorbing Halebop customers. The operator said the aim is to simplify service and make it more cohesive. The Halebop brand was developed in the early 2000s and in recent years, it has offered a mid-price alternative in the market, but demand for that segment has gradually reduced, Telia said.
