From the protest in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, one of the voices that attracted attention was that of journalist Ola Xama, who focused on the issue of public assets and the role of citizens in protecting them.

She stated that, beyond her profession, she considers herself a citizen with a responsibility to react to developments that affect public property.

“Hello! I am a journalist. Reporting on the protest as a journalist means being independent. But before being a journalist, I am a citizen of this country. I came here for all those public assets of Albania, which belong to Albanians, not to politics and power. It is not the Zvërneci of Kushner and Ivanka Trump, but to Albanians. He said at the conference: let’s dialogue, but don’t negotiate, whoever steals from you today, will steal from you tomorrow too,” she said.
