Most areas are forecast to see showers on Thursday night, with the rain letting up Friday.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, up to 30 millimeters of rain, accompanied by strong winds and thunder, will fall on some of the inland areas of the central region Thursday night.
On Friday, the rain will let up in most areas but the central region and the Jeolla provinces may receive around five millimeters through the morning.
Morning lows will stand between 15 and 20 degrees, down two to four degrees from Thursday’s readings.
Afternoon highs will range between 23 and 31 degrees, similar to or slightly lower than Thursday’s.
The temperature in Seoul will drop to 18 degrees in the morning and warm up to 27 degrees in the afternoon.
