Cloudy Skies, Scattered Rain Expected Nationwide

    Most regions of the country will see cloudy conditions Sunday, with some areas receiving light rain.

    Rain is expected to develop across central regions overnight and continue into early Monday.

    Monday will remain mostly cloudy nationwide, with isolated showers possible in the mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, northeastern North Gyeongsang Province, Ulsan and inland parts of South Gyeongsang Province during the afternoon.

    Rainfall through Monday is forecast to range from five to 20 millimeters in parts of the Jeolla, Gyeongsang and Gangwon regions, with Jeju expected to receive five to 10 millimeters and most other areas around five millimeters.

    Monday morning temperatures will range from 13 to 19 degrees Celsius nationwide, with daytime highs between 21 and 27 degrees.

    In Seoul, temperatures will hover around 17 degrees in the morning and rise to a high of 27 degrees in the afternoon.
