Trebinje hairdresser Drazen Milović is part of a drug squad gathered around Vukasin Vojinovic and one of the leaders of the so-called Grand Clan Aleksandar Mijajlović.
This evidence was obtained by investigators from the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) and the Special Police Department (SPO), who are searching for Milović.
That close relative of the fugitive police officer Ljub Milović, is already included in the SDT’s accusations against the so-called police drug cartel.
Trebinjac, who wrote on Sky under the nickname Britva, according to SDT’s suspicions, bought cocaine from Dejan Bulatović, who was deprived of his liberty yesterday in an action by special prosecutors and the SPO.
In addition to Bulatović, SPO officers also arrested Radoman Vintolma.
Previously, the police officers he leads Predrag Šuković, searched the apartments and property used by the suspects and conducted urgent evidentiary actions.
They are charged with creating a criminal organization and smuggling cocaine.
According to unofficial information from “Vijesti”, Vintholm participated in the international smuggling of a ton of cocaine from South America to a European port, while Bulatović is suspected of reselling cocaine “retail” in Montenegro.
The police suspect that the fugitive Dražen Milović repeatedly purchased a kilogram of cocaine from the defendant Bulatović, which he later transported to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“On the orders of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office, the Special Police Department carried out urgent evidentiary actions in Podgorica and deprived two persons of their liberty on suspicion that they committed the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization and unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs. After questioning the persons deprived of their liberty as suspects, the Special State Prosecutor’s Office will inform the public about their results and the decision on the further course of the procedure,” the SDT announced yesterday.
Investigators “kidnapped” Tona
The smuggling of more than a ton of cocaine, in which Vintholm is suspected of participating, was organized in early 2021 by a drug clan gathered around a fugitive police officer. Ljub Milović and the accused Mileta Ojdanić.
However, in March 2021, Belgian authorities in the port of Antwerp were faster than the soldiers of that Balkan drug cartel cell and, among the bags and pallets of corn, found and seized 1.044,71 kilograms of cocaine.
SDT files show that this crime team used various methods to smuggle cocaine from South America to the Old Continent.
In early 2021, the drugs, according to the file, set sail from South America to Belgium on the ship CMA CGM JEAN GABRIEL. According to special prosecutors, the cocaine was then hidden in a cargo of corn, packed in hundreds of blocks and placed in black polypropylene bags and brown packages wrapped in transparent foil, then arranged on pallets, in order to be transported unnoticed by ship from Ecuador to Europe…
Intercepted communications from the once-protected Sky app show that they monitored the transport in detail – exchanging photos of the interior of the container, marking which pallets should be pulled out first, sending the container number HLXU3501646 and explaining the arrangement of goods within the load.
They also issued instructions to their field associates via messages – to bring extra seals, as well as knives for cutting plastic, in order to extract the cocaine.
Their plans were ruined by investigators – on March 10, 2021, the Federal Public Finance Service there found 1.044,71 kilograms of cocaine in container number HLXU3501646 of the freight forwarder “Hapag Lloyd” at quay 1700 in the port of Antwerp, which was transported by the ship CMA CGM JEAN GABRIEL, which had entered the port two days earlier.
A criminal complaint was then filed against Broekhoven Danija, Al Masude i Oulali Anas.
They also determined that Broekhoven, hiding behind a mask, was involved in this criminal business. LITTLE M, negotiated with Ojdanić who wrote with Nika future, then to the person hidden behind the nick Rambo, but also the one who used the nickname 2021NEW.
By reading correspondence from Skaje, Montenegrin investigators came across evidence that the transport of this quantity of expensive white powder was arranged by Milović and Ojdanić, who corresponded about this illegal deal from January 8 to March 8, 2021.
The SDT charges Milović and Ojdanić with having smuggled large quantities of cocaine in an organized manner and internationally since 2019.
According to prosecutors, the members of this criminal group, in addition to Vojinović (55) and Mijajlović (56), were Filip Zindovic Kljajevic (37), Vuk Banicevic (45), Vlado Banicevic (44) Nebojša Bulgarian (46) Radoje Switzerland (44) Božidar Jabučanin (49) Milan Popovic (43) and Vladimir Bajčeta (46).
Investigators claim that the criminal organization of Milović and Ojdanić operated in the territories of Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Ecuador, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Turkey, as well as other countries in Europe and South America.
According to the claims of special prosecutors, members of this crime squad were also accused members of the police drug cartel I.van Stamatovic, Marko Novakovic, Miloš Mišurović, Aleksandar Keković, Vladimir Bajčeta, Goran Stojanović, Drazen Milović, Ivan Nikolic, Tihomir Adzic, Dejan Knezevic, Milo Bozovic, Bojan Ojdanic, Radovan Perović and more NN persons.
Max, Razor and Journalist
Trebinjac Milović, who is being sought by the police, was actively arranging a criminal deal with the fugitive Zindović Klajić, according to correspondence from the once encrypted Sky application, which Vijesti has access to.
Hidden behind the nickname Maks, Zindović Kljajević discussed the price of “white” with Dražen Milović in early January 2020…
During the conversation, Max sends him the contact information of a colleague who wrote on Sky under the nickname Journalist, and then they continue their correspondence about the drop in cocaine prices…
“You mean white. Now the price is dropping a bit. Now when something comes in, we’ll set the prices for myself. Now if I had goods, say, or if I took over the sale at 29 plus 1.500, the shipping there would cost me 30.500. No one can go out there to send it below that, I know that,” he writes to him…
He also explains to Trebinje that they easily make a deal, that in the Netherlands the cargo is taken over at 28 or 28.500 euros per kilogram, but also when the price “rises”…
“When you take over 500 or tons, they give you 30. That’s the lowest price. I have it at 29.5 now, but if something comes here to the Netherlands to take over the sale now, I would take it at 27,5 – 28 at this moment. Then it can be sent… It’s best when some of our people unload it here to take it. Now none of us have anything in the Netherlands,” Zindović Klajić sent…
In the coming days and months, they are also negotiating the takeover of smaller quantities of cocaine in Germany and Austria, which could not reach their final destinations due to the Covid travel regime and closed borders…
“There are also goods on 27 but made from the system, but now the border cannot be crossed. This was taken out of Hamburg, 14 kg, so I’m transporting it around Germany. Goods to Prague, 38, to Vienna, 36-7, to Switzerland up to 40. But there’s no way to cross the border, for 2 days the driver tried to get me to the Czech Republic and then to Austria. Forest crossings are macadamized and closed with a concrete wall, like on those cube highways. The price has jumped everywhere, it will soon be 45 Austria, the Czech Republic, Switzerland and those countries,” Zindović writes to Kljajević Trebinjec, after asking him if there is anyone in Germany who needs five kilograms of cocaine…
Soon, however, he informs him that he is not going anywhere, that he has sold everything in Stuttgart…
“No, I moved everything. Stuttgart took 5 kg in total… I don’t know what to write to some people, just going back from Munich and everything went 2-2-1. They had a shortage,” Zindović Kljajević explained at the end of March 2020…
