Question about TKTA

Hello everyone!

I am in the process of promoting my medical education abroad in Az on the TKTA portal. Basically, I have to do it because of the issue of military service (1 vs 1.5 years). After receiving the documents, I received this message today (picture).
Question: I am currently studying for a master’s degree abroad, is it possible to postpone the exam to August or September? In general, who knows what about this exam? If I don’t come to the exam or if I fail, will the military service be 1 year?
