ONLINE EPC TALKS GEOPOLITICS

Key findings of the Brussels Economic Security Forum (BESF) and Europe’s way forward

The European Policy Centre (EPC) is pleased to invite you to the next edition of EPC Talks Geopolitics, an exclusive online conversation for EPC corporate members.

This session will offer an in-depth debrief of the Brussels Economic Security Forum 2026 (BESF 2026), which took place in Brussels on 4–5 June. Over the two days, the EPC brought together high-level policymakers, industry leaders and experts from around the world to address the geo-economic fault lines shaping Europe’s future: supply chain resilience, strategic dependencies, technological competitiveness, global imbalances, and Europe’s role in an increasingly fragmented world, all against the backdrop of deepening US-China rivalry and rising tensions in the Middle East.

During this session, Georg Riekeles, Co-Director of BESF and Associate Director at the EPC, and Paweł Świeboda, Co-Director of BESF and Senior Visiting Fellow at the EPC will examine key findings, debates, and lessons from BESF 2026 and what they mean for European corporates and policymakers in the months ahead.

We look forward to your company for what promises to be a rich and timely conversation.
