* WINDS…Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph through
this evening before decreasing tonight. Southwest winds 20 to
30 mph with gusts to 45 mph will redevelop Saturday afternoon
and continue into Saturday evening.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 3 to 5 percent Friday this
afternoon and evening and 10 to 15 percent Saturday afternoon
and evening. Poor overnight recovery south of I-80, with little
to no recovery south and east of a line from near Ibapah to
Provo to Moon Lake.
* IMPACTS…Critical fire weather conditions are expected. Any
new fire starts or existing fires may spread rapidly.
