On 17 June, Chaoyang Longmarch Tyre Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new factory in Egypt’s Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE). The facility within the TEDA Egypt industrial development area will occupy around 200,000 square metres and involves total investment of around US$190 million. The project is expected to create around 1,500 direct jobs.
