The AI-driven Home Platform will expand to @properties, Corcoran and others. Plus, Real Geeks launches next-gen AI assistant; Shilo introduces 1:1 Coaching.

Editor’s note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.

Compass’ AI platform on deck for ex-Anywhere brands

Compass International Holdings has begun rolling out its AI-driven Home Platform across its company-owned brokerage brands. The move significantly expands the technology’s reach six months after Compass’ merger with Anywhere closed, the company noted in a July 2 announcement.

Compass has described Home Platform as an end-to-end technology platform designed to bring business tools for real estate professionals into a single system. Though agents can elect to use the tech in place of the resources they had at Anywhere, each brand will have the ability to choose which features they want to embrace.

The deployment, Compass said, is intended to scale its core technology platform across its global brokerage portfolio.

The platform’s rollout to @properties, Coldwell Banker Realty, Corcoran and Sotheby’s International Realty begins this summer. The rest of Compass’ franchise network is expected to gain access in 2027, a company spokesperson said.

Real Geeks platform expands lead engagement tools

Real Geeks has announced the launch of Geek AI 3.0, the newest generation of its AI-powered assistant designed to help agents engage, qualify and nurture leads within the company’s CRM platform.

The updated tech replaces a single AI assistant with a system of specialized AI agents that analyze website activity, texts, calls, emails and other lead signals to personalize follow-up communications and identify opportunities for agents to engage. Beta users saw 13% of nurtured leads become agent-ready, according to a news release.

Geek AI Text, an “around the clock AI texting assistant” that “engages and re-engages your leads,” is available immediately. Geek AI Insights and Geek AI Email are slated to launch soon, with Geek AI Voice expected to roll out later in 2026. The tools were designed to streamline lead management and support agents throughout the sales process, the company said.

    Shilo launches AI-powered coaching tool

Shilo has introduced 1:1 Coaching, an AI-powered sales coaching tool that conducts personalized voice coaching sessions with agents and provides team leaders with performance insights.

The new feature, available now to Shilo users, analyzes an agent’s call activity to generate a coaching agenda, conduct a voice-to-voice session, summarize key takeaways and track progress over time. Team leaders receive consolidated reports highlighting coaching activity and trends across their organizations, while automated reminders encourage agents to complete sessions.

The tool is designed to help brokerages deliver individualized coaching at scale without requiring managers to conduct every session, according to a news release. In a beta program involving 200 agents, coaching sessions averaged 13 minutes, and the company said participants rated the experience positively in terms of its usefulness, personalization and likelihood of continued use.

“For twenty years, coaching a real estate team meant a manager listening to a handful of calls and giving everyone the same pep talk. It didn’t scale, and it was never personal,” Shilo Co-founder and CEO Justin Benson said. “1:1 Coaching gives every agent a real coaching session built on how they actually sell — and gives the leader their nights and weekends back.”
