Copitas at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is set to host an exclusive one-night-only collaboration with Nouvelle Vague, one of the world’s most celebrated cocktail bars, on July 17, bringing the flavours and cocktail culture of Albania to the city.
Recognised among The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, Nouvelle Vague has earned global recognition for redefining Albania’s hospitality scene through innovative mixology, craftsmanship and a strong focus on guest experiences. Founded by brothers Sofokli and Evis Cali along with their parents, the Tirana-based bar is known for blending storytelling with contemporary cocktail-making.
As part of the takeover, Redi Bardhi, Senior Bartender and Lab Supervisor at Nouvelle Vague, will present a specially curated cocktail menu inspired by Albania’s culinary traditions. The menu will feature native ingredients and traditional spirits such as raki, reimagined through modern mixology techniques.
Guests can also sample signature cocktails, including Nou Whey and Black Sabah, which reflect the bar’s “ORIGIN’AL” philosophy of transforming forgotten flavours into refined, contemporary creations.
Set against the skyline views from Copitas, the event will combine inventive cocktails, music and hospitality, offering guests an immersive experience inspired by Tirana’s vibrant bar culture.
The event is supported by All Things Nice and is part of Copitas’ ongoing initiative to bring internationally acclaimed bars and bartenders to Bengaluru, giving cocktail enthusiasts access to globally recognised drinking experiences without leaving the city.
