This week, Canadian retailers are getting a brand-new Kristoff.

The Kristoff N49 is the company’s new Canadian exclusive. It’s a 5 x 50 robusto with an Ecuadorian HVA wrapper over a Sumatra-seed binder from an undisclosed country and Dominican criollo 99 and olor fillers.

It has an MSRP of CAD $24.99 ($35) per cigar and is sold in boxes of 20. Jarrid Trudeau, evp of Kristoff Cigars, is in Canada this week to do launch events for the cigar, the first of which took place Tuesday in Toronto.

N49 refers to 49 degrees north of the equator, the line that is used for more than 1,000 miles of the U.S.-Canadian border.

JB Cigar Co. is Kristoff’s distributor in Canada.
