HARRISBURG, Ark. (KAIT) – Indoor renovations were completed this week on the Poinsett County Health Department building, according to the regional director.
Director Laura Thaxton said the cleric desk was moved back, the floor redone, and walls were painted. The county also installed an automatic door. The county paid for the changes through a $300,000 grant.
The department is set to resume its regular schedule this Monday.
