Get Lost in A-MAZING Detroit
One of the newest experiences at the Michigan Science Center is A-MAZING Detroit: All Paths Lead to Mi-Sci, a giant, life-sized cardboard maze that celebrates the neighborhoods, landmarks, and culture of Detroit. As families wind their way through the maze, they’ll discover colorful murals inspired by iconic locations across the city while learning how art, engineering, and design come together to shape the Motor City.
The fun doesn’t stop when you find your way out. Outside the maze, kids can guide robots through mini cardboard mazes, build their own cardboard creations, and even try cardboard skee-ball while exploring the surprising science and engineering behind cardboard construction. The experience is also fully accessible for strollers and mobility devices, with multiple exits throughout the maze.
