Premier Li Qiang, Chairman of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan on his re-election as Prime Minister of Armenia.
The respective message reads as follows, in particular: “China and Armenia enjoy long-standing traditional friendship. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 34 years ago, bilateral relations have maintained sound and steady growth, and practical cooperation has yielded fruitful results.
China stands ready to work together with Armenia, guided by the principles of mutual respect, mutual trust and mutual benefit, to further deepen cooperation across the board and continuously enrich the substance of the strategic partnership between the two countries.”
