Terra Innovatum Global N.V. (NASDAQ: NKLR), a developer of micro-modular nuclear reactors, has been added to the Solactive Global Uranium & Nuclear Components Total Return Index, the benchmark tracked by the Global X Uranium ETF (NYSE Arca: URA), one of the largest exchange-traded funds focused on the uranium and nuclear energy sector.

The inclusion became effective at the opening of trading on August 3, 2026, as part of Solactive AG’s regularly scheduled index rebalancing.

    Broader Visibility Among Nuclear Investors

The addition increases Terra Innovatum’s exposure to institutional and retail investors who gain nuclear-sector exposure through passive and thematic investment strategies.

The company said the milestone comes as demand for carbon-free electricity continues to rise, driven by AI infrastructure, data center expansion and industrial electrification.

“Being added to this index places Terra Innovatum alongside the companies that define the global nuclear fuel cycle, from uranium producers and enrichers to the next generation of reactor developers,” said Alessandro Petruzzi, co-founder and chief executive officer of Terra Innovatum. “It gives investors seeking exposure to the uranium and nuclear sector through passive and thematic strategies direct access to the SOLO™ story.”

Giordano Morichi, founding partner and managing director of global business development and investor relations, said index inclusion expands the company’s visibility among investors seeking exposure to emerging nuclear technologies as Terra Innovatum advances toward first-of-a-kind (FOAK) deployment and commercialization.
