Tully’s Good Times, a family-owned restaurant and bar, has finalized the purchase of a property in the town of Greece in preparation of opening a second Rochester-area location.
Tully’s West Ridge, LLC, paid $1.5 million for the Stoneridge Plaza outparcel at 1500 West Ridge Rd. The property had been home to Buffalo Wild Wings between 2014 and 2025, and was a Perkins Restaurant & Bakery before that.
The seller was 1500 West Ridge Road, LLC, an entity headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.
Tully’s was founded in 1991, is headquartered in suburban Syracuse and operates 13 locations (1225 Jefferson Rd. in Henrietta, one in Batavia, five in the Syracuse market, three in suburban Buffalo and one in suburban Binghamton, one in Watertown, one in suburban Scranton, Pennsylvania). Another is planned for the Utica area.
The company received approvals from the town of Greece in the spring to remodel the Stoneridge property.
The sales was completed earlier this month and the deed was filed Thursday with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office.
