    SAN ANTONIO – CPS Energy and City of San Antonio officials are expected to hold a news conference Monday morning to discuss restoration efforts after last week’s storm, according to a news release.

    KSAT is livestreaming this news conference at approximately 10 a.m. in this article. Delays are possible.

    There have been at least two possible storm-related drowning deaths since Friday, according to San Antonio Police Department Acting Chief Jesse Salame and utility.

    As of 9:30 a.m. Monday, there are just under 2,000 people (1,992) experiencing power outages in San Antonio, according to the utility’s website.

    Frank Almaraz, interim president and CEO of CPS Energy, is also expected to appear alongside San Antonio Food Bank president and CEO Eric Cooper, the news release said.
