A summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and U.S. President Donald Trump is “possible at any time,” according to an assessment by South Korea’s spy agency Tuesday.
“There have been no facts confirmed regarding specific contact between North Korea and the U.S., but there are signs of dialogue,” Democratic Party lawmaker Yoon Kun-young told reporters after a closed-doors National Intelligence Service (NIS) briefing at South Korea’s National Assembly.
