Schroder ImmoPLUS (SWX:SRI) managed by Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG signed an agreement to acquire Global headquarters property in Rümlang, Switzerland from dormakaba Holding AG (SWX:DOKA) for approximately CHF 80 million on September 1, 2026. A cash consideration of CHF 80 million will be paid by Schroder ImmoPLUS and Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG. As part of consideration, CHF 80 million is paid towards assets of Global headquarters property in Rümlang, Switzerland. Upon completion of the transaction, dormakaba will lease back the site under a long-term agreement.
Importantly, the agreement does not change dormakaba’s presence in Rümlang. The company will continue to operate from its headquarters location under an initial lease term of 12 years at market-based rental terms, with options to extend for up to 10 additional years. Employees, customers, and business partners can therefore expect full continuity of operations.
