Peru’s F-16 Pilots Will Train at Same Romanian Center Where Ukrainians Learn, Raising Question of Whether Extra Load Impacts Our Pilot Preparation

Peruvian F-16 pilots are set to train at Romania’s European F-16 Training Centre, the same facility where Ukrainian pilots are preparing to operate the fighter jets. The move raises questions over whether the additional training demand could affect Ukraine’s pilot preparation, particularly as dozens of F-16 jets from Belgium and Norway are still expected to be delivered to Ukraine through 2029-2030.
