The 10th International Gastronomy Village has opened at Paris’s renowned Place de la Concorde, featuring Azerbaijani cuisine and the country’s traditional culinary heritage.

    The Azerbaijani pavilion, supported by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in France and organized by the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan, has attracted considerable interest from visitors, AZERTAC reported.

    The pavilion, decorated in accordance with national traditions, features traditional dishes such as plov, dolma, shekerbura, pakhlava, badambura, jams and tea, along with national costumes, music and dance.

    Following the participation of 63 countries and more than 54,000 visitors last year, more than 80 countries are presenting their cuisines this year.

    Held under the patronage of renowned chef Alain Ducasse, the event will run until September 13.
