It’s time to let the big Dawg eat. Georgia is set to kick off against the Arkansas Razorbacks at War Memorial Stadium in Fayetteville a shade after noon eastern (television coverage on ABC).

The prevailing wisdom this week seems to be that the Bulldogs will cover a 24.5 point spread easily against the home Razorbacks. Not to be contrarian, but I have a sneaking suspicion this one may be a little tougher, especially in the early going, than some people are recognizing. Arkansas may not have looked great against Utah last week, but Ryan Silverfield still has a lot of SEC caliber athletes on his roster.

But if this Georgia team is laser-focused and takes care of business from the opening whistle, it may be the first sign that Kirby Smart truly has a special group this year.
