Activist Luçiana Kokaj delivered her usual speech, on the 112th day of the protest in front of the prime minister’s office.
She called for citizens to unite en masse until the regime leaves.
“Today, the resistance of Albanians and those who want a free Albania continues. Despite the government’s propaganda and the tendency to quell the protest, they have not succeeded. Tonight, as a resident of Rrjoll, I have a message for the oligarch. When you promote the resort, be honest with the real estate agents and do not tell them that you have solved the problem with the owners. Tell them the truth that you are in court with the owners, that the matter is being handled in the courts of Shkodra and Tirana. For all Albanians who want to invest, be careful where you throw your money. The residents of Rrjoll have not given up their rights. If it is going to develop there, it will have to develop while respecting nature,” she said.
