Laurențiu Beșu, the magistrate who spoke in the Recorder documentary “Captured Justice”, will be subject to a disciplinary trial on Wednesday by the Section for Judges of the Superior Council of Magistracy. Currently a prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of the Giurgiu Court, Beșu is accused of violating the secrecy of the deliberations in a case concerning the former PSD senator Niculae Bădălău
