A calm start to the week may not last everywhere, as changing conditions bring localized weather hazards across the country.
On Monday, September 28, variable cloudiness is expected across Ukraine. Most regions will stay dry, though brief showers are possible in places in the south. Rain is also possible overnight in Kharkiv region and most central regions, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center forecasts.

Fog will form in places in western regions overnight and in the morning. Winds will be predominantly northeasterly at 5-10 m/s. Gusts of 15-20 m/s are possible in the south and southeast during the day.
Temperatures across Ukraine on September 28
Overnight lows will be 5-10°, rising to 15-20° during the day. The warmest weather is expected in Zakarpattia, where temperatures will reach 24°. Daytime temperatures in the south and southeast will be 18-23°.
In the Carpathians, temperatures will be 1-6° above zero overnight and 10-15° during the day.
Variable cloudiness with no precipitation is forecast in Kyiv and the surrounding region. In the capital, temperatures will be 8-10° overnight and 18-20° during the day. In Kyiv region, temperatures will range from 5-10° overnight to 15-20° during the day.
