In a strange case out of Malta, police were called to a residence after a group of friends reported experiencing unsettling paranormal activity that allegedly culminated in a ghost attacking one of them. According to a local media report, the eerie incident occurred last week in the community of Xewkija on the island of Gozo. What was meant to be a fun getaway to the popular tourist destination soon turned troubling for the group when, as night fell on the residence they rented for the trip, they heard a disembodied woman’s voice calling for her mother. Shortly thereafter, the terrified tourists spotted a shadow figure, heard additional noises that they could not explain, and saw objects that appeared to move on their own.
