MCL will play host to Charley Boorman, legendary adventure rider, broadcaster and Zerofit Ambassador, on the opening day of MCL26, in association with Bikesure.

Doors open at 10am on Saturday 21 November at The NEC, Birmingham for the UK’s biggest and best indoor motorcycle show. MCL26 runs for nine days and will be the one chance to see all the latest new motorcycles from 48 manufacturers under one roof.

Not only will there be all the latest machinery for Charley to explore, there’s a multitude of new and exciting features, including a celebration to mark the 30th anniversary of the British Superbike Bike Championship, a specially curated display of machines from the Moulsdale Foundation and the inaugural Show and Shine with The Biker Lawyers, where showgoers get the chance to exhibit their own bikes and win the coveted ‘Best in Show’ trophy.

For 2026, there’s a reimagined stage area, where Charley will be interviewed by regular show hosts James Whitham and Grace Webb. They will delve into Charley’s travel adventures and explore his latest project. Made in conjunction with Zerofit and filmmaker Luke Whatley-Bigg, ‘Bigger, Better, Faster’ is a brand-new film that showcases the history of the North West 200.

‘It was an absolute pleasure to be invited to MCL this year, and I cannot wait to see all of the amazing new machines, innovations and features at one of my favourite events,’ said Charley.

‘There is no better place to see everything we live for as motorcyclists, and as a former owner of a race team in the late 1990s, I am particularly excited to see the BSB Celebration.’

Throughout the day, visitors will have the opportunity to meet and chat with Charley on the Zerofit stand.

‘We are thrilled to have Charley at MCL26,’ comments Finlay McAllan, MCL Managing Director. ‘His tales of adventure and the chance to hear about the latest project around the NW200 is going to be excellent entertainment for show-goers.’
