MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KTTC) – The North Star Sports and Entertainment Network, in partnership with Gray Media and FOX9, will broadcast 14 regular-season Minnesota Men’s Hockey matches during the 2026-2027 season.
Coverage will include a 30-minute pre-game show with play-by-play announcer Jim Rich, as well as a post-game show recapping the game.
Rich will be joined on commentary by color analyst and the Gophers’ second all-time leading goal scorer Pat Micheletti.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Gray Media local news stations to broadcast Gopher men’s hockey games throughout Minnesota,” Deputy Athletics Director Mike Wierzbicki said. “Expanding coverage through free, over-the-air partnerships in Rochester, Duluth, Mankato, and Fargo/Moorhead will provide fans with more access to Gopher men’s hockey across the state.”
