    1. This man is a waste. Makes hoovers weaker than a Henry, hand driers noodles on envelopes that don’t dry your hands, backs Brexit then does one.

What a waste of energy his career has been

    2. Before you all get outraged, check the source.

“NewsThump is a British news satire website that publishes spoof articles about current events”

This is dumb satire because he’s had to cut the workforce after the company has performed badly abroad. He’d have been better staying in the UK. British independence had no impact on his business.

    4. Wonder if the increase in corporation tax by the UK government has anything to do with this? The answer will be yes.

Wonder if interest rates, supply demand issues, labour shortages, & the energy crisis also have anything to with this, the answer also probably is yes!

But no it’s only down to Brexit right? A good illustration of pro EU propaganda at work! Only telling part of the story!

Though this is satire, does anybody have any solutions for the companies that outsource call centres to Asia?

I get they go there because it’s cheap, but how would a Govt look at enticing them back?

      1st rule of capitalism.

Make your product as cheaply as possible, then sell it for as much as you can.

    7. Didnt a lot of people love him because of how much he reinvests here despite moving HQ out?

    8. He’s done it before! He moved his vacuum assembly to Singapore and made all his British workers redundant 😡

    9. I realise it’s satire, but it’s worth mentioning that Singapore has a free trade agreement with the EU. Dyson has greater access to the EU market from there than they did from the UK.

Dyson is a total fuckstuck. A walking stain on the gene pool. And his CEO is worse.

Dyson is such grifter. Shoddy products with subpar performance but insane marketing budgets. A marketing dude that realised that people are suckers for bling

The European Union – Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA) eliminates tariffs on 84% of all Singapore products within the first year of entering the EU (2019). Tariffs on the remaining 16% of all Singapore products are eliminated over three to five years (2021 to 2023).28 Mar 2023

Satirical piece, not written by James Dyson, he’s still the Uks 6th highest taxpayer,if he were to go and live in Singapore, we would all have to pay £4.92 extra in tax.
