Well politely asking them to comply worked in the past so surely it will work this time right? Oh wait it didn’t.
How about they stop destroying the natural water ways from doing it, as the fines are cheaper then paying for human waste cleaning.
Bring in a law that says water companies can’t take people to court over non-payment of water usage bills if they’re currently dumping sewage where they shouldn’t be or if the water isn’t safe to drink. Then maybe they’ll give a damn.
