Out of interest, when companies are fined where does the money go?
I dont know the solution, but fining them just seems pointless because thar fine will ultimately be paid by customers
BT have gone from one of the best british companies to one of the absolute worst in 20 years. I cant speak for their other services but their internet customer service and service itself is so so bad. We are being taken to the cleaners in the UK by most ISPs and its high time something changed.
