      This is all is a symptom of the failing system, pay more make the conditions better and less sociopaths join because you can pick and choose who to hire

      Probably a woman drew it if it was in the ladies. You have no proof it was a man whatsoever.

      Not much weight to this at all. Undercover footage or actual proof of these events needs to be captured.
      Otherwise it’s just speculation unfortunately.

      Banter is a double edged sword. You cab walk on the edge and then sometimes ypi can cross it without knowing. However, as the article says. Black banter can allow arseholes to flourish, when others are just having the craic.

      Sexual harassment is often a sign or symptom of root and branch bad management of change. The more harassment, the more corruption of change is already taking place. All these managers need replacing.

      I can’t even imagine saying some of the stuff in this article out loud, how toxic can the ambulance culture be that it’s THAT widespread.
