We live in a time of some of the worst class disparities ever thrust on the working class by the Bourgeoisie; no shit there’s crackheads outside.

Margate has always been a bit rough especially Cliftonville ways, well since the 2000s at least in my life experience

This is relatively true of a lot of places, including blatant drug use (injecting in public ) , because no one intervenes and there aren’t enough police to be effective against it, which in turn people don’t have confidence the police will do anything .
Let’s hope things change over the next few years for the better
This is a very reasonable take. Britain’s faded seaside towns are notoriously drug free zones.
Meh, I live in Margate (a DFL of some 25 years now) and pretty much all the people who I know that habitually use drugs are born and bred Thanetites.
That said there’s not a town in the country where there’s not cocaine everywhere.
