A questionable source I know, but I’d be interested to know if anyone knows more about this.
Were going to see this in r/Whatcouldgowrong in 10 years.
I mean it’s the Daily Mail so why let fact get in the way of a nice big, easy to stir pot of hot, fresh, bubbling hate right? A truer headline would be, “Ridiculous cult leader looks to buy island to do a thing he can’t do because no matter how far he is from the mainland he’s still subject to British law.”

People like this will do anything other than live in a country that already practices Sharia law.
Islam is territorial and expansionist. It knows no rules except its own. Expect the place to run on Sharia law, not UK or Scottish law, and expect it to be the cause of lots of trouble across the UK such as suicide bombings. I expect they will clear non-Muslims from the place. It’s going to be “fun” in every bad way you can imagine.
As a muslim I think this plan is nonsense. I doubt it will come to fruition to begin with, nor should it be allowed to occurs in any way.

I saw “Scottish island” and wrongly assumed it was some remote, difficult to reach place. It’s 500m from mainland Scotland ffs, how is this idea even being entertained.
(Not that it would be any better if it was in the Shetlands mind you)

If he wanted an Islamic homeland he should’ve stayed in his Islamic homeland.

Just the other day, a group of muslims ferociously attack a poor police woman, beating her half to death repeatedly punching her in the face and this sub as well as the muslims in manchester took the criminal scums side. Now we have another group of muslims that want to implement shariah law in the UK. When will this sub and this country come to its senses?
