I moved into the sixth floor of a building recently. I have a bike, but it doesn’t fit in the elevator and it’s too heavy to carry up by hand. Since the building has a huge garden in the back, I park the bike there. I talked to some neighbors, and they said I can, but they know that some neighbors in the community are clearly against this. I recently found this on the garden gate. I asked my landlord, and he said I could probably park there, but he also doesn’t attend community meetings, so he doesn’t know if there are any rules. What do you think is the best way to resolve this? I asked my landlord to bring this up at the next community meeting. Should I explain to each of my neighbors my situation in the meantime?

    2. Your landlord needs to find out if you are specifically prohibited from parking your bicycle in the garden. If there is not a specific rule about it, then ignore the sign.
