Different sauces for different dishes. Sriracha for Asian and soups, Tabasco Chipotle or Cholula for tacos, nachos etc., Texas Pete for pizza and just about everything else.

* Franks – This is your sauce to make wings sauce (franks + butter + a bit a brow sugar, microwave and mix)
* Louisiana Hot Sauce – This stuff has just the right amount of acid to add that extra zing to your chili
* Crystal – Awesome on Gumbo, Pizza, or any greasy food you’d like to add hot sauce on like fried chicken
* Valentina / Tapatio – Go to hot sauce for eggs / breakfast
There is no one hot sauce to rule them all

The fuck is Trappeys? I grew up in Nebraska, left for a decade and came back and I’ve NEVER heard of or seen Trappeys hot sauce. Tapatio is everywhere though, followed by Cholula and Valentina.
