    Can someone explain to me how the Kurdish territory in Syria and the one in Iraq interact and cooperate? I cant find clear sources but im very curious. Also how are these 2 states run, Tax wise and do they have treaties with Assad and the Iraqi government?

      also how good/bad is it for the syrian kurds that this new rebel faction is overtaking so much Assad government land? is it favorable for them?
