    P.A.W. Chili Challenge & Hub-Cat Car Show

    This event will begin at 9 a.m. Jan. 11 at the McPherson Governmental Campus, 601 SE 25th Ave., Ocala, and is presented by the Marion County Commission and Sheltering Hands, Inc. Vehicle registration is $20. “Starting at noon, guests can start to taste the wonderous creations from our community chefs and fellow rescues,” organizers say. “Guests will need a ‘tasting pass,’ available for purchase at the event for $8. Attendees can also purchase a pass in advance from ShelteringHands.org/pawshow. To make sure that every participant can taste all the festive flavors, these tickets are limited in supply.”
