Waikato referee Sarah Jones will take the whistle for her first women’s A-League match this weekend.
Having previously been on the Ninja A-League panel as an assistant referee, Jones will be in the middle for Sunday’s match between Western Sydney Wanderers and Central Coast Mariners in Sydney.
Jones’ assistant referees will be Maddy Allum (New South Wales) and Allys Clipsham (Otago).
Fourth official will be Sam Kelly (New South Wales).
Jones has been added to FIFA’s international referees panel for 2025, while Clipsham has been added to the FIFA assistant referees list for 2025.
