I think he deserves a little credit for remembering to mirror, signal, manoeuvre.
One way of losing your license before you actually have one, I suppose. And I would imagine his mum is far more annoyed with him now, given he’s been given community service and been banned from driving for two years (and presumably also fined as well, but the article doesn’t say that).
