ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Jeff McCann, current Monroe County Deputy Supervisor under Monroe County Executive Adam Bello, announced on Saturday that he’s running for Greece Town Supervisor. He received the designation of the Greece Democratic Committee.

“Make no mistake, our town is at a critical juncture. On January 1st 2026, for the first time in 12 years, Greece Town government will be under new leadership. And if there is anything the last few years have shown us it’s that new leadership is needed,” he announced on Facebook.
The Democrat and Greece resident has worked for the New York State Assembly and Senate. He has also served as a Monroe County Legislator and Deputy Greece Town Supervisor.

The current seat-holder, Republican Bill Reilich, has been with the town since 2014 and cannot run again because of term-limits.
