Miele Professional has appointed Sam Holden as its new Head of Service for Great Britain and Ireland.
Holden’s appointment is part of a strategic reorganisation by the global provider of commercial laundry and dishwashing solutions, and designed to strengthen its footprint in the UK.
We are delighted to have Sam step into this vital role.
Since first joining Miele Professional in 2019, Holden has served as a Business Account Manager. He brings a wealth of commercial experience to his new position which involves overseeing the management of service operations for white goods.
Prior to joining Miele, Holden held several key positions, including leading the Sales team at Ferrero, serving as Commercial Director at the Wheel Specialist Bristol, and working as Trade Marketing Manager at Imperial Tobacco, where he was responsible for marketing strategies across Great Britain and Ireland.
He tells FM Magazine: “I’m thrilled to take on this new role for GB & Ireland at Miele Professional. Having been part of this incredible team for nearly five years, I have seen first-hand the dedication and innovation that drives our success. I look forward to leading our service operations and continuing to deliver expert solutions to our customers.
