Go Go Gadjet ended THON Weekend 2025 Final Four with a bang.
They started their set with “Burnin’ Up” by the Jonas Brothers, with interjections of “FTK” and “Let’s go THON.”
They then transitioned into Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass” that had the entire crowd rapping along, while the stage lights turned pink. Once the chorus of the song started, the energy in the Bryce Jordan Center skyrocketed.
Next came, “Temperature” by Sean Paul and “Fire Burning” by Sean Kingston as the energy in the arena kept building.
They then got “funky” with songs like “Play That Funky Music” by Wild Cherry and “Get Lucky” by Daft Punk with dance breaks and guitar solos in between.
“Dancing Queen” by ABBA came next, with the crowd screaming the lyrics back at them, throwing their arms up in the air and dancing along.
Current hits like “Flowers” by Miley Cyrus and “I Had Some Help” by Post Malone featuring Morgan Wallen gave the crowd familiar songs to bop along to.
The lead singers then requested a sing-along with the crowd, playing “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey, which made the crowd start jumping up and down, shaking the arena.
The pianist gave a solo to introduce “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)” by Eurythmics and an electric guitar solo followed.
“I Need Your Love” by Calvin Harris featuring Ellie Goulding made the BJC start to clap along to the beat, with “Lose Control” by Teddy Swims being mixed into the song.
The band then teased the audience by asking for participation in spelling “H-O-T T-O G-O,” then breaking out into the hit song by Chappell Roan.
The closing song saw Greek letters swaying back and forth to the tune of “Pink Pony Club,” the crowd screaming and dancing along. The band allowed the crowd to sing the final chorus by themselves, earning them a well-deserved applause.
